Implementing ISO 22301Today we announced the release of a new white paper, Implementing ISO 22301: The Business Continuity Management System Standard, co-authored by Brian Zawada, Avalution’s Director of Consulting and the Chairman and Head of U.S. Delegation to ISO Technical Committee 223 (the group charged with developing ISO 22301), and Greg Marbais, a Consultant at Avalution.

ISO 22301 is the first international standard that focuses on implementing, operating, and continuously improving a business continuity management system. Our new white paper, Implementing ISO 22301, breaks the standard down section by section, explaining what each clause means, the value it provides, and recommended approaches for implementation.

Whether your goal is to align to the standard or pursue certification (only if there’s a business case, of course), this white paper will serve as your road map for success!

Avalution has been a longtime proponent of aligning to standards, and, if a business case exists, proceeding toward organizational certification. Please reach out to us if you have questions regarding the implementation of ISO 22301 or business continuity management systems in general, as our team always welcomes a conversation about how certification or alignment to a standard can benefit your organization.
